Following AP report, appraisers calls for reform

- As a loan officer with over 30 years experience, I never asked an appraiser to "hit the mark". I believe the responsibility lies with the underwriter. After all they approve credit, income and assets. I believe that the "New" regulation will put a stop on home buying.
